A member of QQ who wants to travel outside of Malaysia (other country) MUST obtain permission from the Immigration Department by filling up the 'Travel outside Malaysia' online Google Form.
If you are a member of QQ, you MUST fill in the form in order to visit other countries outside of Malaysia. This is required under the Immigration Department guidelines.
You're required to fill in the form at least 2 days before your embarkment. Once you've fill in the form, you'll get an approval letter from the Immigration Department that you have permission to visit the country of your arrival via email and physical letter.
Before filling up the form, you're required to have:
Your member of QQ ID card
Your Malaysian passport
Your visa of going to another country (if applicable)
Your travel details (flight number, bus number, car plate number)
Your accommodation details (hotel, residential address)

If you want to bring cash of more than US$500.00 (or equivalent to QQ$ and other currency), you need to submit an email to the Finance Department. This is to ensure that the money circulating in QQ Care Centre is under stabilize condition.
You may contact the Finance Department at qqcarecentre@gmail.com. The Finance Department will issue you a letter of approval once you've submitted their requested form.

Under Singapore law, you MUST submit an SG Arrival Card online at https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard.

When you're travelling in other country, we expected you to practice the RULES OF QQ. If you decided to commit an offense outside and got caught, you'll be punished once you've arrived in QQ Care Centre.
